Raw unpasteurized Honey. Our bees are located in the prairies of Alberta. Our bees collect nectar from alfalfa,clover,wildflowers,dandelions and canola fields. All natural honey contains mostly sugar as well as a mix of amino acids,vitamins,minerals,iron,zinc and antioxidants. Honey is great for many things but we love ours for the taste .
